ABT Splitting Solution is designed for the splitting of embryos from cattle and horses during embryo transfer procedures. This animal-origin–free solution is used as an aid during the bisection of embryos in a tissue culture–treated petri dish. Simply create a 50 µl micro-drop and place embryos in the drop for splitting. Supplied in a convenient 50 ml pouch for livestock reproduction workflows involving cattle embryo transfer and equine embryo transfer. Store at 15–30°C; refrigeration will not harm the product—do not freeze.
