Telfa AMD sterile dressing is a hypoallergenic wound care dressing containing Polyhexamethylene Biguanide (PHMB) for broad-spectrum effectiveness. It resists bacterial colonization within the dressing and reduces bacterial penetration, helping limit cross-contamination in clinical, veterinary, and farm settings. Effective against gram-negative, gram-positive, and yeast/fungi microorganisms, including MRSA and VRE.
